Recognizing Fijis unique context,including challenges related to internet connectivity, digital literacy, and technology access, the digital platform and mobile application must be accessible nationwide, particularly in remote areas. Ensuring robust data security and privacy is paramount. The selected technology contractor will beresponsible for designing a user-friendly, culturally sensitive platform that adheres to FTRA regulations and standards
