- Expression of Interest for Local Fiber Optic Civil Contractors. Scope of Work (SoW) Telecom Contractors will be engaged on a project or task basis to deliver a range of Telecom-related services, including but not limited to: Installation of enterprise-grade fiber and or copper infrastructure. Structured cabling for commercial clients. Fiber cable installation including overhead hauling and underground hauling or blowing. Civil works where required (e.g., trenching, ducting). Supply of civil works materials on project site. Cartage of project materials from Telecom Fiji stores to site. Coordination with Telecom Planning and Project teams. On-site troubleshooting and rectification of faults. Project documentation, testing, and reporting. Contractors must comply with Telecom Fiji quality and safety standards and ensure all works are completed within agreed timelines and specifications.
