Description:
The Ba Town Council invites qualified organizations and reputable companies to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) for the upgrading and redevelopment of Patel Park in the Ba Town Council Boundary under a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) framework. The project aims to enhance and modernize the Public Patel Park by leveraging private sector expertise, innovation, and investment, while maintaining public ownership and access. The scope of work includes revitalization of existing park and open spaces, installation of eco-friendly infrastructure, development of recreational areas, improved accessibility for individuals of all abilities, and introduction of safety measures.
